At PlanetLove, we strive to offer a safe, respectful, and enriching experience for all members of the LGBTQ+ community. We value your trust and are committed to being transparent with our policies. Please read the following cancellation and refund policy carefully.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their paid subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made once the subscription is cancelled.
- Cancellation does not automatically initiate a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Because PlanetLove provides digital services and instant access to premium features, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has started. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
1. Technical issues that prevent access to paid features, and which cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Accidental duplicate transactions.
3.Unauthorized charges due to fraud (must be reported within 7 days).
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval at PlanetLove’s sole discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@planetlove.com within 7 days of the issue. Include the following:
1. Your registered email address
2. Date of purchase
3. Reason for refund request
4. Any supporting documentation or screenshots (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
1. Change of mind or personal reasons
2.Partial use of the subscription
3. Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
